As part of the Second National Congress of DIF held in Mexico on the 9^th and 10^th of April, Alejandro Bonasso, Director General  of the Inter-American Children’s Institute (IIN), and Julio Rosenblatt, Coordinator of the Child and Family Inter-American Information Program  (PIINFA), participated in the launch of the new video called `Es mi familia’ (It’s my family) that forms part of a series of videos about children’s rights that are being developed by the IIN.

As part of the Cooperation Agreement signed between the National Secretariat of Childhood and Adolescence, there was developed the training process necessary for the establishment of the Network of Information Centres in Paraguay, which has a precedent in the Information Centre that operates within the Centre of Research and Resources for Development . Lic Alejandro Bonasso, Director General of the IIN, delivered a conference with the title `National infancy systems: where we find ourselves and where we are heading to’ in the Great Hall of the University of Columbia.
