As the Specialized Organization of the Organization of American States (OAS) on children and adolescents, the Inter-american Children's Institute counts with the OAS Internship Program as a platform for strengthening the human resources of the Member States of the Inter-American System.
Interns will have the opportunity to work/function in intercultural, interregional and multidisciplinary work teams, led by technicians specialized in the Lines of work defined in the Action Plan: Adolescents in conflict with the criminal law, Communication and Design, Right to family life, Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents, Childhood and Gender, Safe use of the Internet, Unaccompanied Migrant Children, Child and Adolescent Participation, Early Childhood, Promotion and Protection National Systems and International Subtraction.
Among those who aspire to carry out their internship in the IIN, a selection is made based on the relevance of their training with the lines of work of the Institute, taking care to reflect the largest number of Member States of the Inter-American System.
