The International Congress on Family under the title of "The Family of Today, Rights and Obligations" took place at Mexico city, in November 6-7th. 2003. This event was organized by the DIF with the cooperation of the IIN. At the end, a Declaration entitled : " Mexico´s Agreement on behalf of the Family" was read. (November, 2003) |
