ENG.JULIO ROSENBLATT CONFERENCE ADDRESSED 
TO THE PANI'S MEMBERS OF COSTA RICA

Eng. Julio Rosenblatt, PIINFA's Coordinator addressed a conference to the PANI's members of Costa Rica, with the participation of delegates from Planning, Protection and Informatic areas of the "Patronato Nacional de la Infancia" (PANI). The presentation was held on request of the Minister Ms. Rosalía Gil Fernández, parrallel to the holding of the II Training Workshop: Site for the Coordination of Actions in favor of Children and Adolescents.
