In this XXI Pan American Congress we had the presence of great personalities who work on behalf of children and adolescents in the region, as Ms Sara Oviedo, Vice Chair, Committee on the Rights of the Child, who during panel of experts addressed the theme "Monitoring mechanisms for the elimination of violence against children".
