In this XXI Pan American Congress we had the presence of great personalities who work on behalf of children and adolescents in the region, as Ms. Paulina Duarte, Director of the Department of Public Security, General Secretariat of the OAS, who during his Keynote addressed the theme "Violence and the Exploitation of Children: The rights-based perspective".
