In this XXI Pan American Congress we had the presence of great personalities who work on behalf of children and adolescents in the region, as Ms. Rosa María Ortiz Rapporteur on the Rights of the Child IACHR-OAS, who during his Keynote addressed the theme "Analysis of the Violence Present in Juvenile Criminal Liability Systems in the Region".
