In this XXI Pan American Congress we had the presence of great personalities who work on behalf of children and adolescents in the region, as Ms. Sra. Marta Santos. Special Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations on Violence Against children, who during his Keynote addressed the theme "25 Years after the CRC: Building Peaceful Environment".
