In this XXI Pan American Congress we had the presence of great personalities who work on behalf of children and adolescents in the region, as Mr. Nelson Enrique Rivera Reyes, Renacer ECPAT Foundation Colombia; who during panel of experts addressed the theme: "Strategies for restitution of rights of Children and Adolescents affected by sexual exploitation".
