Nicolás Espejo

In this XXI Pan American Congress we had the presence of great personalities who work on behalf of children and adolescents in the region, as Mr. Nicolás Espejo, Consultant of UNICEF Chile/ Visiting Fellow of Kellogg College, Oxford University; who during panel of experts addressed the theme: "Data collection and development of monitoring systems on rights of juvenile offenders".
