THE DIRECTING COUNCIL,

HAVING SEEN:

The Report of the Director General’s Office of the Inter-American Children’s Institute on the compliance with the relevant resolutions of the Directing Council;

CONSIDERING:

That the report of the Director General complies with the requirements established by the Directing Council.

RESOLVES:

To approve the Report of the Director General on the use of the Patrimonial Funds of the Inter-American Children’s Institute and request him to keep the Directing Council periodically updated on this issue.
