ADOPTION OF THE FINAL REPORT OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE DIRECTING COUNCIL HELD IN WASHINGTON, DC, IN NOVEMBER 2003 |

THE DIRECTING COUNCIL, HAVING SEEN: The Draft Final Report of the Special Meeting of the Directing Council (CD/doc.09/04) held on 17-18 November, 2003 in Washington, DC, United States of America, including the Minutes, adopted Resolutions, List of Participants and matters of special consideration; CONSIDERING: That the Secretariat of the Council made this Draft Report available to all delegates duly in advance, either by e-mail or on hard copy; That, having noted the detailed presentation of the Director General and the Report of the Special Meeting of reference no observations were made during its final consideration at the Plenary Session of the Directing Council; That this document accurately reflects the development of the Special Meeting of the Directing Council, RESOLVES: 1. To adopt without any observations the Final Report of the Special Meeting of the Directing Council (CD/doc.09/04) and to congratulate the Secretariat for its work. 2. To take note of the observation presented by the Delegation of Argentina in order to change the expression “adults” for “old adults” on page 22, third paragraph of the above mentioned report. |
