During the Conference the Director General of the IIN, María de los Dolores Aguilar lectured on "Constructing the National Child System". At the IX Ibero American Conference of Ministers and High-Level Authorities on Child Affairs the Director General of the IIN, María de los Dolores Aguilar lectured on "Constructing the National Child System." During this Conference, the participants debated and discussed the implementation of Child Social Protection Systems and reached agreements that will be submitted for the consideration of the Heads of State of the 22 countries participating in the Ibero American Summit to be held next November in Chile.
