The
Program for the Integral Promotion of Children's Rights
(PRODER) is in line with the new vision
proposed by the IIN’s Strategic Plan 2005-2008, based on an
operational foundation where social themes affecting the rights of
children have a management approach and a common methodological
framework and principles. The methodological framework and
principles respond, among others, to the following:
- The
Convention on the Rights of the Child as the paradigm towards
which all the IIN’s work is oriented
- The
new vision of international cooperation offered by the IIN,
based on the promotion of strategic products geared to the needs
of children in the region rather than to projects or activities
based on some emerging themes.
- The
optimization of the methodological development reached in the
IIN’s old programs
- The
orientation towards the planning of focused policies formulated
and implemented in a participatory way.
