ACTIVITIES
IN THE YEAR 2003, BY PROGRAM AND COUNTRY
In
line with Resolutions AG/ RES. 1952 and AG/ RES. 1974 (XXXIII-O/03) regarding the inclusion of a section with quantifiable results obtained,
in the year 2003 the IIN carried out a total of 160 activities, divided
into 119 Technical Interventions (assistance, training, workshops,
seminars, conferences, and distance and attendance-based courses) and 41
Interventions at the Policy Level (negotiations,
signature of agreements, diplomatic procedures and participation in Fora
and Events on Children, Adolescents and the Family).
Below
are details of the technical and political activities carried out in each
country by the Office of the Director General of
the IIN and the three Programs, in accordance with the 2000-2004
Strategic Plan.
The
activities carried out at IIN Headquarters are considered to have an
inter-American scope, given their regional character.
